Tang Seng Fatt holds the position of General Manager and Head, Trade Services & Correspondent Banking at Hong Leong Bank Berhad. His responsibilities include trade finance business development, advisor on trade finance matters and overseeing the Bank’s trade finance operations. All in all, Mr. Tang has more than 32 years of banking experience, ranging from branch operations to trade finance and treasury operations at Head Office. Mr. Tang is a member of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) Malaysia Banking Committee. He attends ICC Banking Commission meetings to keep abreast of developments in trade finance and international trade rules. He holds a Masters degree in Business Administration (MBA) from Heriot Watt University, United Kingdom and a Diploma in Management with merit from the Malaysian Institute of Management. He also obtained a distinction in U.S. Commercial Banking while he was at the Bank of New York, New York in 1996.
