Ingrid Fornt Sesmilo is head of the Trade Finance Department at Caixabank (La Caixa). She is Law Degree by the University of Barcelona and holds post graduate in Commercial Law and International Business as well as post graduate in European Community Law. In 1994 she started her career at La Caixa before moving to other financial institutions during next 16 years, as Banco de la Exportación and Caixa Catalunya, always at Trade Finance department developing different tasks. Finally, in 2010 returned to Caixabank (La Caixa) as Head of Trade Finance department. During these years she has also be professor at different Economic Schools in Barcelona teaching International Finance. Now is member of the ICC BPO Consulting Group.
